DR Test on Parking - Who Parked Incorrectly.

The task from the topic on stopping and parking. Which of the drivers parked their car incorrectly in the situation depicted in the image?
The task was suggested by the channel 'For! Rules'.
Answer Options:
- The driver of the blue car.
- The driver of the green car.
- Both drivers violate the rules.
- Both drivers do not violate the rules.
Analysis of the Problem:
On the segment of the road, two cars are parked at an angle to the edge of the roadway near the sidewalk.
The road has two lanes for traffic in one direction, thus, the cars do not hinder the passage of other vehicles, as one lane remains free.
The driver of the green car parked the vehicle at an angle from the rear, while the driver of the blue car - from the front.
Let's read item 15.5 of the Traffic Rules:
'Parking vehicles at an angle to the edge of the roadway is allowed in places where it does not interfere with the movement of other vehicles. Near sidewalks or other places with pedestrian traffic, vehicles can only be parked at an angle from the front, and on slopes - only from the rear.'
There is no slope in the depicted situation, therefore the violator is the driver of the green car.
