This conclusion can be drawn from the fact that neither DTEK nor Ukrenergo reported any possible restrictions.
Consumption Decreased
Electricity consumption has decreased. Today, July 17, at 9:30 AM, it was 5.8% lower than at the same Time the previous day - on Wednesday. The reason is the drop in temperature in most regions of Ukraine.

If outages do occur, the energy providers will notify in advance. You can check which group your house belongs to on the website of the local distribution system operator. DTEK urges residents of the Odessa region to understand the restrictions, reduce electricity consumption while light is available to avoid system overloads.
