The girl Yana, who got lost on June 23 in the village of Zhupany in the Stryi district of the Lviv region, has been found. She is two and a half years old. Information about the discovery came from the State Emergency Service after a notification from the child's relative to the police. It turns out that Yana went out for a walk but then could not return home. A large-scale search operation was organized, involving more than 580 people, including rescuers, law enforcement officers, Red Cross volunteers, and local residents. The equipment included 12 drones and 22 units of special equipment. Searches were conducted in forest areas, fields, water bodies, and adjacent territories. And finally, the girl was found and taken to medical personnel for examination. In addition, another child who went missing in the village of Roztoki in the Rakhiv district was rescued in Transcarpathia on June 24. The search for the child was successful due to the joint efforts of rescuers and Swedish partners. Specialists from all over the country are working on the search for missing children, which increases the chances of a successful outcome.
