A new service for pensioners has been launched in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Pension Fund has launched a new service 'My Identification' to help pensioners quickly and conveniently obtain information about their identification. This news was announced by the Pension Fund of Ukraine itself.
Pensioners can now use this service to verify their identification, which is very important for receiving pension payments.
- Visit the e-services portal of the Pension Fund;
- Log into your personal account;
- Make sure that the identification information is displayed.
«If you are a pensioner but don’t see the service on your account, refresh the page by pressing F5», the notification advises.
It is also worth noting that if the identification was not completed or is not needed, some fields in the service may remain empty.
Development of the demographic situation in Ukraine
According to KSE data, by 2070, the number of pensioners in Ukraine will exceed the number of working-age citizens. One of the key factors is the integration of veterans into society. The need for special support for veterans will grow even after the end of hostilities.
It is anticipated that more than 60% of veterans will be under 40 years old, which will require a review of veteran policies for successful reintegration into civilian life.
Ukrainian pensioners can now use the new service to verify their identification, which will facilitate the receipt of pension payments. The development of the demographic situation in Ukraine underscores the importance of revising pension and military-veteran policies for the successful reintegration of veterans into civilian life.
Pension Fund users can now quickly verify their identification thanks to the new service 'My Identification'. Working together, the Pension Fund and veterans must prepare for the growing number of pensioners in the future, focusing on integration and support for this group of citizens.Read also
