UkrHydrometcenter gave an unfavorable forecast: what awaits Ukrainians in July.

July promises to be very hot for Ukrainians, with temperatures reaching +38 degrees in the south of the country. It is predicted that the hottest days will fall on July 7-8, according to Natalia Ptukha from the UkrHydrometcenter.
After a cool June, Ukrainians will feel true summer with rising temperatures. A large part of the country expects unstable weather due to the influence of atmospheric fronts and increased pressure.
'There may be strong heat in places, +35...+38 degrees. In some areas, it may last longer, until July 9-10, but this especially concerns the southern regions,' emphasized Ptukha.
In July, Ukrainians may encounter humid weather, but with insufficient precipitation, particularly in the south and southeastern regions. Even brief rains and thunderstorms will not be able to compensate for the deficit in precipitation, which may amount to 64-79% of the usual norm.
Forecasted temperatures and weather conditions
According to meteorologists, the highest daytime temperature in the country will range from +23...+28 degrees, while in the south, it is expected to be hot at +28...+33 degrees. The hottest days of July are the 7th and 8th.
Natalia Ptukha explained that July and August are always the warmest months in Ukraine, but currently, no records are expected to be broken, as in the previous year.
Temperature data is measured at meteorological stations, which may differ from household thermometer readings. In the near future, no sharp cooling is expected; the temperature will remain within +23-29 degrees, even during the passage of atmospheric fronts.
Meteorologists also warn of brief rains, thunderstorms, strong winds, and even the possibility of hail, particularly in the western, northern, and central regions.
July promises to be very hot for Ukrainians; atmospheric fronts and increased pressure may bring unstable weather, and humidity with insufficient precipitation will become a problem. However, no temperature records are expected this summer, despite the anticipated hot July. In any case, it is worth preparing for hot and humid days, ensuring necessary protection and taking into account the meteorologists' warnings about possible bad weather.
