China's support for Russia in the conflict with Ukraine

Journalists from The Economist examined fragments of drones that took part in attacks on Kyiv and found that they contained Chinese components used in Russian aerial attacks.

Experts noted that Russia is rapidly increasing its activity in attacks on Ukraine, having launched almost 500 drones at Kyiv on June 10 alone. It is worth noting that, in addition to Iranian technologies, components from China are also used in the drones employed in the attacks.

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine confirmed the presence of Chinese antennas in several drones that were used against Ukraine this year. This new partnership between China and Russia raises serious concerns.

Tensions between China and Russia

Despite the growing military cooperation between China and Russia, there are certain disputes between them. Some representatives of the Russian elite express concerns about dependence on China and the possibility of espionage.
