The Sumy National Theatre named after Shevchenko has decided to close the theatre season earlier due to the danger in the region, reports 'Glavkom' citing a statement from the theatre.
As a result, the following performances will not take place:
- 26.06 – 'Alice in Wonderland';
- 27.06 – 'Much Ado About Nothing' by the Luhansk Regional Academic Ukrainian Musical Drama Theatre;
- 04-05.07 – 'Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors'.
The theatre announced that the funds for tickets to the canceled performances will be refunded, while all other performances will proceed as scheduled.
