In 2025, the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) is ready to pay a minimum pension of almost 14,000 UAH to a specific group of citizens. The law includes requirements for individuals with disabilities who participated in the liquidation of the Chernobyl disaster.In particular, the law 'On the status and social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster' establishes certain requirements for the pension amounts for liquidators with disabilities clearly associated with the Chernobyl tragedy.To receive these payments, one must have documents confirming the status of a victim of the disaster and apply to the Pension Fund with the relevant inquiries. The authorized documents also specify all the necessary requirements for receiving pensions and benefits from the state.
