Non-military liable — do you need to undergo a military medical commission.

A civilian who is not liable for military service may be mobilized during wartime if he received such status in peacetime. This issue is addressed by the military medical commission, and only after its decision can mobilization occur. Lawyer Dmytro Murach reported this.
If the citizen's military ID has a stamp 'non-military liable', it means that he is recognized as unfit for service in peacetime, but is limitedly fit during wartime. Dmytro Murach clarified this information during a consultation with one of the citizens.
However, despite this stamp, the possibility of being sent to a military medical commission is real according to current legislation. The decision of the military medical commission will be decisive in the issue of returning the citizen to military registration and the possibility of his mobilization.
Conclusion
The stamp 'non-military liable' in the military ID does not guarantee complete absence of mobilization in case of worsening military situations. The resolution of this issue is based on the results of the military medical commission, which determines the citizen's fitness for military service under conditions of war. Therefore, the stated status is not fully exempting from the possibility of mobilization.
