'The absence in Schengen Area countries for a continuous period of 90 days allows for new stays of up to 90 days,' they clarified on the website of the Federal Foreign Office.
For a tourist trip to Poland, it is enough to have a biometric passport and meet the conditions of the visa-free regime. For refugees, simplified border crossing conditions are in place, however, a biometric passport or registration in active combat zones is required.

- the 90-day period of stay in Schengen zone countries has been exhausted;
- entry is not being made with a biometric passport from a territory that does not belong to the Schengen zone;
- the purpose of the visit is not tourism or visiting relatives, but employment, education, entrepreneurship, etc.
