Kyrgyzstan completely banned adult websites.

The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan adopted a law that bans pornographic websites on the territory of the country. This decision was made to protect the moral and ethical values of the Kyrgyz people.
Members of Parliament argue that pornographic content contradicts Islamic and traditional Kyrgyz values and can undermine the morality of society, especially among the youth. The law provides for the creation of a 'black list' of pornographic websites and the filtering of content at the level of internet providers.
Critics of the new law believe that users will more likely find ways to circumvent this restriction, for example, by using VPNs. Moreover, some deputies believe that the ban on pornography may encourage people to seek access to such content offline. However, other lawmakers emphasize the importance of parental guidance in shaping the worldview of the younger generation.
The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed the law banning pornographic websites with the aim of protecting the moral values of the country, but this initiative has sparked sharp discussions and controversies among the public and politicians.
