eOselya: Leading regions by the number of issued mortgage loans.


In 2025, already 2,953 Ukrainian families took advantage of the opportunity to obtain loans for housing purchases under the affordable mortgage program eOselya. The total amount of issued loans is 5.4 billion UAH, announced Andriy Telyupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
'So far, during the existence of the eOselya program, 17,793 families have received loans totaling over 29.4 billion UAH. The strongest regions where housing is most purchased are Kyiv region, the city of Kyiv, and Lviv region. Odesa, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, and Volyn regions are also popular', Telyupa emphasized.
Structure of issued loans
In the last week, 175 loans totaling 314 million UAH were issued, among them loans at 3% and 7% were distributed as follows:
Loans at 3% were received by:
- 60 military personnel and law enforcement representatives
- 13 medical workers
- 10 educators
- 3 researchers
Loans at 7% were received by:
- 69 individuals without their own housing or with insufficient housing
- 15 ATO participants
- 5 veterans
During this Time, the most loans were issued in Kyiv region — 30 and in the city of Kyiv — 31, Lviv region — 12 and Ivano-Frankivsk region — 7. A total of 109 loans were also obtained for the purchase of new buildings, including 30 loans for properties under construction, and 66 loans for housing in the secondary market.
Ukrainian families continue to actively use the eOselya program, which allows them to obtain loans for housing purchases on favorable terms. The program has found its consumers in various regions of the country, and special conditions for certain categories of citizens make it even more accessible and popular.
