Assistance of 10.8 thousand UAH — who among Ukrainians is eligible for payments.

The 'Right to Protection' Foundation, which is an official partner in collecting data for payments from UNHCR, has resumed accepting applications for financial assistance. In July 2025, funds will be available to residents of Mykolaiv.
This was reported by the UNHCR press service.
Who among Ukrainians can receive financial assistance
UNHCR, which is a global intergovernmental organization dedicated to saving lives, protecting rights, and creating a better future for refugees, internally displaced persons, and stateless individuals, is implementing a assistance program in Mykolaiv.
As part of the assistance program, citizens will be able to receive a payment of 10.8 thousand UAH for each family member (based on 3.6 thousand UAH per person per month for three months).
Only two categories of citizens will be entitled to financial assistance. Namely:
- internally displaced persons who moved within the last six months;
- refugees who arrived from abroad after departing at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia.
In addition, they must meet the following vulnerability criteria:
- the average household income must not exceed 5.4 thousand UAH per person;
- the family does not receive support from other similar organizations;
- the family has only one parent (father or mother) with one or more children under the age of 18/elderly individuals (55 years and older);
- the family is headed by a single elderly person (55 years or older) or an elderly person with children under 18;
- the family includes persons with disabilities.
How to receive financial assistance
Those who meet the criteria must fill out and submit a special registration form.
In the application, the organizers request that all necessary personal data be provided.
After filling out the form, if eligible, the organization's specialist will contact the applicant.
It is well known that the 'Right to Protection' Foundation has started accepting applications for financial assistance for residents of Mykolaiv. UNHCR has established criteria and conditions for receiving assistance, including income limits and categories of citizens eligible for this support. To receive assistance, it is necessary to meet the established conditions and provide all necessary personal data. This program is designed to support vulnerable groups and aims to improve their material condition.Read also
