NATO Chief of Nuclear Policy Assesses Operation 'Spiderweb'.

NATO Director Jim Stokes, in an interview with 'Radio Liberty', expressed his opinion on the 'Spiderweb' operation that Ukraine carried out on June 1. He emphasized that the Kremlin could not remain indifferent to the destruction of part of the Russian strategic bombers, and this certainly affected the Russian authorities.
Stokes noted that NATO is closely studying the Russian nuclear doctrine and rhetoric, and that Russia possesses the largest number of nuclear warheads in the world. The organization plans to continue monitoring the development of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Ukraine conducted the 'Spiderweb' operation, which, according to NATO's director, drew the Kremlin's attention and highlighted the nuclear situation in the region. NATO's research on Russian nuclear policy continues to timely respond to potential threats.
