The more rigorously the TCC and SP work, the more people I have – deputy commander of the Azov regiment.

Sviatoslav Palamar, the deputy commander of the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine 'Azov' and a Hero of Ukraine, believes that mobilization is needed to address the military's needs, not just recruitment. In an interview with Dmytro Gordon, he shared his views on the actions of the TCC and SP employees.
“Mobilization is necessary. This is a fact. Recruitment alone will not cover the needs. There are exaggerations, incorrect actions by the TCC and SP employees. But it seems to me that they are not as widespread as we are shown. Perhaps this is 'spotlighting'. Maybe this is all being spread by Russian IPSO. There are definitely isolated cases of violations, unlawful actions. But they have been identified – we have issued orders. There is a code, there is a law, and those servicemen must be punished for any unlawful actions. Everything must be balanced,” Palamar said.
The military emphasized that active and clear work of the TCC is important. “The more rigorously the TCC and SP work, the more people I have,” Palamar noted.
Official call to arms and reform of military medical commissions
Palamar explained that many Ukrainians are waiting for an official call to arms in order to have the opportunity to prepare. They understand that they will be conscripted, so they are preparing and waiting for their summons, just like in advertisements. Earlier, it was reported that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law on the Register of Servicemen, which paves the way for the reform of military medical commissions.
Sviatoslav Palamar emphasizes the importance of mobilization for the military's needs and notes that active work of the TCC and SP is key. He also hopes for the punishment of servicemen for any unlawful actions, and believes that an official call to arms will allow citizens to better prepare for conscription.
