The head of the 'Come Back Alive' Foundation, Taras Chmut, spoke about how many years Russians have for war. He emphasized that 'the Russians do not have 10 years'. Speaking with military correspondent Natalia Nagorna, Chmut noted that this indicator depends on many factors.
